AAA should have sent you a notice about the promocode expiring and what to do if you wanted to continue services with us. After review, the promocode that was on your account originally had expired and is no longer an active promocode through AAA. I apologize for the experience you had with our customer support team. Thank you for contacting our team and bringing this to our attention. They had no right to delete my account and make me pay $11.99 a month. I was only calling them to update my credit card. My complaint is I wish to be reinstated back to where I was. I want them to give me my $ 7.99-monthly service again. They always contacted me if an issue arose. I never told them to delete my account, and now I refuse to pay the $11.99 a month for the Life Lock service. I have been with LifeLock since **** and always paid my $7.99. They told me they deleted my account and wanted me to start over and pay $8.99 for the first month and $11.99 after that. Once I did, the representative said they could not find me in the system. LifeLock Norton has emailed me asking me to update my credit card information. Then I lost my credit card and received a new card.
I have been paying $7.99 for a monthly service for years. Hello Again, Better Business Bureau, I want to file a major complaint against LifeLock Norton.
